Saturday October 5th
I'm inviting you to join in the journey of honey, to be guided through a tasting of the highest quality of honey from the best parts of the world.
What to Expect
Start the evening with a walkabout to the Beehive.
This will include observing the opening of the beehive, with a light overview of the interworking of the hive.
(from a safe distance, whatever your comfort level is)
-Light dinner of gazpacho/chili and artisan bread.
(Sitting at a beautiful table under amber lights and bee-loving flowers)
Honey class where you will learn how honey is made, what makes honey different, the proper way to enjoy honey and the magic of the Honey Bee
-Tasting different honey from high altitudes, different seasons, and collections of different foraging flowers, this honey is the highest grade and likely something you will never have a chance to taste again.
All beautifully paired with carefully curated charcuterie boards, mead, whiskey and/or kombucha
-Pollen and Royal Jelly tasting.
Each guest will receive a jar of local Utah honey.
All guests will be encouraged to wear white, as a representation of classic beekeeping attire and a fabulous reason to dress up.
